GREAT Trash the dress session in the City

Yesterday I had an awesome honeymoon session with Chris and Jen. It was cold but Jen was a trooper and roughed it out.

I met Chris and Jen back in June I believe when I was first starting to build my portfolio for children photography. They were gracious enough to give me an opportunity to shoot their beautiful son Wolfie. A couple months later I received a phone call from Chris saying they were to be wed in October. Chris was so awesome and asked if I could document their wedding day.

Jen's brother Ian is serving in the US Army and is stationed in Minnesota.

In love w/ the 60mm AFS Micro

Those who know me, know I shoot Nikon.  I was able to pick up a beautiful, practically new 60mm Micro AFS lens off of Craigslist specifically for photographing rings.  

I was just testing it out shooting portraits with it with my son Ian in the backyard the other day.  Holy smokes this lens is super sharp.  

We're finally live!!!
