Jennie + Justin::Anyone Else...But You
If you've seen the movie Juno you would understand the title of this post (click on the Juno link to see what I'm talkin' about). Towards the end of the night the guest who hung around on a Sunday evening were treated to a super cool presentation. Justin and Jennie put together an awesome video slash live performance of their own version of "Anyone Else But You". As he strummed his electric ukulele the video played and the lyrics were at the bottom of the screen. They sang, the bridal party sang, and all the guest including myself were entertained. It's by far one of the coolest moments I ever experienced as a wedding photographer. I'm trying to convince them to put it up online for the world to see so stay tuned. ***UPDATE*** The video is up on Justin's Face Book page. If I get premission, I'll post it.
Anyways, I am honored to have the blessed opportunity to document such a HUGE day in the lives of Jennie and Justin. We started off at Jennie's parent's place in North Beach in SF. From there we went and took some bridal party shots at the Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Fields and then headed off to Brisbane to the Mission Blue Center for the ceremony and reception.
As Jennie made her way down the aisle w/ her mother (such a sweet lady) and father when all the guest rose to their feet she was overcome by emotions. It was an amazing and beautiful moment captured for time immemorial.
Special shout out goes to Green Fish Catering for hooking up a DELICIOUS vegetarian sushi roll.
Oh and not to forget special thanks goes to Quan for helping me 2nd shoot. He's seriously "the Man".
Check it out yourself!
Special thanks to Jennie's mom for assisting w/ this shot!
Shot and processed by Quan Nguyen
